<p>The stunning Sydney apartment that Michael Hutchence and Kylie Minogue shared for two years has hit the market. </p> <p>The late INXS frontman and the Aussie pop princess lived in the Liverpool Street apartment from 1989 to 1991, with the building boasting a colourful history. </p> <p>The current owner and director of AusMed Innovations Gavin Holland, who owns the Longevity Lounge in Double Bay, believes the picturesque apartment overlooking Hyde Park and the harbour was the scene of some wild parties.</p> <p>“I know that back in those days there was a lot of socialising that went on, for want of a better word,” says Holland.</p> <p>“In this building, there’ve been suicides, murders, famous and infamous people — all sorts of stuff."</p> <p>Despite the past history of the building, the two-bedroom two-bathroom apartment boasts new finishings and stunning views of the city. </p> <p>“But what we’ve done recently is spend two-and-a-half million dollars on refurbishing the rooftop pool and jacuzzi, so that’s obviously an expense the new owners won’t need to fork out.”</p> <p>Hutchence is known to have lived in the apartment with Minogue on level 27, just two floors below the communal rooftop pool, for two years during their whirlwind romance.</p> <p>The apartment at <a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/property-apartment-nsw-sydney-144104704">2704/187 Liverpool Street, Sydney </a>has a $3.3 million guide, and will be auctioned at the end of February. </p> <p><em>Image credits: Getty Images / realestate.com.au</em></p>

Kylie Minogue wins her first Grammy in 20 years

<p>Kylie Minogue is set to return to TV with her own special that will highlight her incredible career. </p> <p>The iconic singer will feature in British broadcaster ITV's <em>An Audience With… </em>show at The Royal Albert Hall in London. </p> <p>"It's been hard to keep this one a secret... “It’s been terrible”: Bride & Prejudice star speaks publicly about false death claims

<p>Former Bride & Prejudice star Dannii Erskine who was reported to have <a href="https://www.oversixty.com.au/entertainment/tv/she-s-alive-claims-over-tv-star-s-death-thrown-into-question" target="_blank" rel="noopener">“died”</a> in a “horrible tragedy” before being found alive has given her first TV interview.</p> <p><em>So Dramatic</em> first reported that the reality star had passed away on April 29 after a horrific car crash in North Melbourne.</p> <p>Erskine, who rose to fame in the “forbidden wedding” series in 2019 alongside her then-finance Denton, spoke to <em>Sunrise</em> hosts Natalie Barr and Kochie about how the claims of her death were made after her Instagram account “was hacked”.</p> <p>A statement posted to Erskine’s Instagram page at the time appeared to confirm her death.</p> <p>“Rest in peace Dannii Erskine, 1995-2023,” it read.</p> <p>“We appreciate and respect wishes we have received as a family,” the caption continued, after describing her death as being the result of an “awful accident”.</p> <p>“Thank you for your support and respect."</p> <p>But just days after the post appeared on Erskine’s profile, the reality star <a href="https://www.oversixty.com.au/news/news/i-m-alive-former-tv-star-emerges-to-refute-claims" target="_blank" rel="noopener">issued a statement </a>confirming she was alive, and that she had been in hospital getting an “ankle reconstruction” for injuries sustained in a car accident on September 17 2022.</p> <p>Erskine told <em>Sunrise</em> she was “shocked” and “disgusted” by what had happened.</p> <p>“I’ve been under a lot of stress. I was told to essentially switch off from it all and focus on recovery and it’s been extremely hard to do that when this is all been happening,” she told the hosts.</p> <p>“I’m quite shocked with what’s happened. I’m quite disgusted.</p> <p>“It just makes me feel sick because, as we all know, people lose their lives every day. It’s just one of those things that really makes you sick to the stomach.”</p> <p>In a new turn of events, Erskine claimed a “well-known stalker of hers” was behind the bizarre claims, however, she added she couldn’t “confirm any sort of names”.</p> <p>“Unfortunately, I thought things had passed but clearly they haven’t passed.</p> <p>“So it is being investigated and hopefully justice will come soon and someone will be charged for this,” she said.</p> <p>The TV star revealed she had “the same password for over 15 years, so it could be anybody that knows me”.</p> <p>“Let’s just say that my password wasn’t very difficult to use,” she said.</p> <p>“I have actually spoken to an IT tech company and they said it’s actually extremely easy to hack into Instagram and social media platforms these days.</p> <p>“My poor family, they were inundated with absolutely so many phone calls… “ Erskine added.</p> <p>“At that time they confirmed that it was completely untrue but in saying that still, they shouldn’t have had to go through this.</p> <p>“This whole experience has been awful, it’s been terrible.”</p> <p><em>Image credit: Instagram/Sunrise</em></p>

“I'm alive!”: Former TV star emerges to refute claims

<p>A former Bride and Prejudice star has spoken out against claims that she died, revealing her social media accounts were hacked spreading misinformation.</p> <p>It was reported on social media that Dannii Erskine had passed away in a horrific car crash in Melbourne on April 29.</p> <p>“Yes I have been in hospital but (I’m) very much alive”, she reportedly said.</p> <p>Erskine added that her family had “disowned her” following the death drama.</p> <p>The 28-year-old appeared on the Channel 7 show Bride and Prejudice in 2019 with her then-finance, Denton Ansley.</p> <p>A person claiming to be her sister told the So Dramatic! Podcast, hosted by entertainment journalist Megan Pustetto, that Erskine’s car was T-boned while returning home from the shops in North Melbourne.</p> <p>“Dee" said Errskine had sustained fatal injuries when her skull was crushed upon impact with her airbag and later died in hospital.</p> <p>There also appeared to be a post written by her family on her Instagram page, saying “REST IN PEACE Dannii Erskine. 1995-2023”.</p> <p>The page was taken down shortly after.</p> <p>However, there were rumours that Erskine might <a href="https://www.oversixty.com.au/entertainment/tv/she-s-alive-claims-over-tv-star-s-death-thrown-into-question" target="_blank" rel="noopener">still be alive</a>.</p> <p>In the wake of the claims, Erskine has released a statement to So Dramatic!</p> <p>“On the 29th of April, 2023, my Instagram account was hacked,” she said.</p> <p>“I spoke to the police over the phone and they’re going to look into it … I also reported it to Google.”</p> <p>Erskine claimed a notification on her phone said it has been logged into from a location in Geelong the day prior to her apparent death. She lives in the Mornington Peninsula.</p> <p>She insisted her sister Dee “never emailed” the podcast, rather it was “sent from someone who hacked my account”.</p> <p>“I have no idea who emailed So Dramatic! and to be honest I don’t really care.”</p> <p>Erskine revealed she had been in a car accident but that was in September 2022.</p> <p>She said she had been in hospital “all week” for an ankle reconstruction and doctors said she should focus on her recovery.</p> <p>“I haven’t had time to deal with this”.</p> <p>The former reality TV star claimed she was “advised not to comment” on the rumours, however, didn’t reveal who had advised her not to immediately state she was still alive.</p> <p>Pustetto said she has seen several messages from family members regarding the supposed death.</p> <p>Erskine said in her statement that her family was unimpressed by the ordeal.</p> <p>“I spoke to my family who (have) now completely disowned me. They advised to try (and) focus on my upcoming surgery.</p> <p>“It has put a lot of stress on my family and has caused severe issues for my sister.”</p> <p>Following the announcement, tributes flowed in for Erskine with her family writing emotional comments on her Instagram page.</p> <p>“28/04 took Dannii’s life to a speeding driver – An awful accident [sic],” one family member wrote.</p> <p>“We appreciate and respect wishes we have received as a family.”</p> <p>“Rest well Dans,” another post read.</p> <p><em>Image credit: Instagram</em></p>

"She's alive!": Claims over TV star's death thrown into question

<p>In a new turn of events, <em>Bride and Prejudice</em> Australian actress Dannii Erskine, who was reported dead, may still be alive.</p> <p>A person claiming to be Erskine’s sister Dee announced her death following a tragic car crash in North Melbourne that was reported to have occurred on April 28.</p> <p>Erskine was allegedly T-boned by another driver on her way home from a shopping trip.</p> <p>Speaking to the So Dramatic podcast, Dee revealed at the time that Dannii’s skull had been crushed upon impact with her vehicle airbag, ultimately resulting in her death.</p> <p>However, recent claims suggest the star could still be alive, and a statement by Victoria Police raises further questions about the alleged car accident.</p> <p>An anonymous source told 7NEWS.com.au that Dannii is still alive.</p> <p>Victoria Police said they could not comment on individuals due to privacy laws, but confirmed there were no fatal or life-threatening collisions recorded in the North Melbourne area within the past month.</p> <p>In addition to the bombshell twist, the Coroner’s Court of Victoria revealed they had no record of Dannii Erskine’s death.</p> <p>Dannii’s ex-partner Denton Ansley appeared in an interview with So Dramatic and recalled a similar incident from 2022, where people received a mass message from Erskine’s account claiming she had passed away.</p> <p>However, she later revealed her account was hacked and that she was alive.</p> <p>Ansley also alleged that friends had received a message with details of a funeral service to be held on May 16 in the Mornington Peninsula, VIC.</p> <p>They contacted the funeral company and were told there was no funeral scheduled for that date under Dannii’s name.</p> <p>Erskine’s Instagram, which was taken down shortly after her alleged death, has since been reactivated.</p> <p>All posts related to her death have been removed, however, the “rest in peace” memorial piece remains as the account’s profile picture.</p> <p>Dannii participated in Seven’s <em>Bride and Prejudice</em> in 2019 with her then-finance, Denton.</p> <p><em>Image credit: Instagram</em></p>

<p>Kylie Minogue and Jason Donovan are planning a small-screen reunion.</p> <p>The Neighbours icons are reuniting for a special episode of the hit BBC sitcom <em>Ghosts</em> as part of this year’s comic relief fundraiser.</p> <p>It’s been 37 years since the pair first starred as Charlene and Scott on Neighbours, and they will take on new roles in the one-off special of <em>Ghosts</em>.</p> <p>Kylie and Jason, who were previously romantically involved, have already shot the episode, according to The Sun, with the show set to air on Friday, March 17.</p> <p>The episode of <em>Ghosts</em>, which portrays a group of spirits haunting a country house, will reportedly include nods to their pop career, including their 1988 duet <em>Especially For You</em>.</p> <p>A TV insider told<em> The Sun</em>, “Getting Kylie and Jason back together is a real coup, and the results are hilarious.”</p> <p>“The episode is really tongue in cheek and they crack gags about their history and music.</p> <p>“It was all kept hush-hush on set to keep the secret that they were both reuniting for the show.”</p> <p>The pair also appeared on screen together in 2022 in what was thought to be the end of an era, the final episode of <em>Neighbours</em>.</p> <p>Jason and Kylie appeared in a brief cameo in the last episode of the soap, which has since been renewed for a new run starting 2023.</p> <p>Kylie parted ways with <em>Neighbours</em> in June 1988, having become the first person to win four Logie Awards in one year and the youngest ever recipient of a Gold Logie.</p> <p>She furthered her career and became a pop sensation, selling more than 80 million albums worldwide.</p> <p>Jason left Neighbours in 1989 and, like Kylie, pursued a pop career. Although he wasn’t as successful as his on-screen love, he had a string of hits, including <em>Too Many Broken Hearts </em>and <em>Sealed With A Kiss</em>.</p> <p>The two stars dated from 1986 to 1989.</p> <p>They were so popular at the time that they recorded the Christmas Number 1 single Especially For You.</p> <p>In 2016, Jason told Mirror, “It was an extremely painful parting of the ways and, without a doubt, I took a long time to recover from it. Years, definitely.”</p> <p>Kylie then went on to date the late INXS frontman, Michael Hutchence. <p>Kylie Minogue is well known for her singing, dancing and acting, but it turns out she knows a thing or two about wine.</p> <p>Kylie launched her own wine brand, Kylie Minogue Wines in 2022, and it has since proven to be a major success.</p> <p>In less than three years, the brand has achieved remarkable success and has since expanded to have a portfolio of 9 wines, which are distributed to over ten countries.</p> <p>Due to the brand’s roaring success, Kylie has been making bank.</p> <p>In 2022, with ventures outside of her wine, Kylie made almost $2.4 million AUD via her London-based Darenote Limited company, which receives Kylie’s earnings from her lingerie brand and various sponsorship deals.</p> <p>She also earned $1.2 million AUD from her touring brand.</p> <p>The real money came from the sales of her Prosecco, which has been revealed to have made the popstar a staggering $13.5 million in sales.</p> <p>Kylie is the Creative Director of her wine brand and has a heavy hand in the business.</p> <p>In 2022, she spoke to the Daily Telegraph, sharing the key to her success.</p> <p>"I'm not stomping the grapes. I just think it's about having the team and right understanding… it's about tasting for me.</p> <p>"I'm in it for the long haul. "Super secret": Dannii Minogue’s stunning love glow

<p>Dannii Minogue has taken fans by surprise as she attended a WNBA game on Saturday. </p> <p>Dannii watched the game alongside her partner, music producer Adrian Newman, sporting a patterned pink ensemble, highlights in her hair, and a glowing complexion. Meanwhile, he donned a denim jacket and voluminous locks. </p> <p>The couple, who typically keep such a low profile that Adrian is often referred to as Dannii’s “secret” boyfriend, drew eyes from all around with their courtside chit chat. </p> <p>Last year, when asked about her partner on KIIS FM's <em>Kyle & Jackie O Show</em>, Dannii opened up about her near decade-long romance with Adrian. </p> <p>“'It's not a secret!” She corrected Kyle, who’d enquired about her supposedly secret new partner, “you ask me this every time, we've been going out for nine years!”</p> <p>“Every time anyone prints a picture of him, they go ‘secret man’, ‘never seen’. He’s just not interested in anything to do with the public eye.”</p> <p>“But that doesn’t stop the public wanting to know everything about him,” Kyle pointed out, while his co-host, Jackie, praised Dannii’s decision to keep things private. </p> <p>After Dannii shared that it takes a lot of stealth to maintain their low-key status, Jackie exclaimed, “nine years! That’s a good effort.”</p> <p>The singer, who parted with her previous partner Kris Smith (with whom she shares son Ethan, born in 2010) in 2012, is widely believed to have been with Adrian since 2014. The pair made their first public appearance together at the men’s final match of the Australian Open that year.</p> <p>Despite the privacy of their relationship, Dannii has offered a few insights in the past, telling <em>The Sun</em> in 2018, “I have a beautiful boyfriend. I never say anything about him, we are super private. I’m just in the perfect moment.</p> <p>"Everything is good, in love, family, and health. Everything is ticking the box. It's the most beautiful bubble. I don't want it to end."</p> <p>In that same year, Dannii confessed to <em>Who Magazine</em> that “we don't talk about our relationship. We just keep that super private. But yeah, I'm extremely happy.”</p> <p>The couple’s latest appearance has drawn attention from supporters who were quick to note that Dannii has a youthful glow - some even claiming she looks “decades younger”. Kylie Minogue’s new chapter after splitting with partner

<p>Kylie Minogue and her boyfriend, magazine mogul Paul Solomons, have parted ways after five years together. </p> <p>The decision comes just one year after Kylie returned to Australia and as the 54-year-old prepares for a world tour. The two were last spotted together last May on the ABBA Voyage’s red carpet. </p> <p>“Kylie and Paul really tried to make things work,” a source told <em>The Sun</em>, “but ultimately the time difference was a killer. Paul couldn’t exactly nip to Melbourne for a long weekend whenever things got strained.” </p> <p>While any reference to Paul has been removed from Kylie’s Instagram account, one picture of Kylie still features on his, and the source went on to add that Kylie and Paul are still friends. </p> <p>The couple first crossed paths in 2018 when they were introduced by mutual friends. In 2021, COVID-19 forced them to spend nine months apart, with Paul in London and Kylie in Melbourne. As <em>The Sun </em>was told, “long distance isn’t easy for any couple.” </p> <p>“Kylie initially wanted to keep the split quiet though,” the source confessed, “as she really does not want the narrative to be ‘poor, unlucky-in-love-Kylie’s heart breaks again’.”</p> <p>Kylie’s first public relationship was with her Neighbours on-screen love interest, Jason Donovan. Three years after that, Kylie spent time with the late Michael Hutchence. Over the years since, Kylie has fallen for models and fellow artists alike, and most recently she was in a relationship with British actor Joshua Sasse in 2016. He was 28 years old at the time, and the pair split one year after announcing their engagement. </p> <p>Dannii Minogue’s, Kylie’s younger sister, had to deny rumours of an engagement between Paul and Kylie in 2021. While appearing on <em>Sunrise</em>, she told the hosts, “there’s no news, but we absolutely adore him and they’re a divine couple.” </p> <p>In February 2021, Kylie opened up about her relationship with Paul, at a time when their relationship seemed destined to last in a way that worked for them and their lifestyles, “what is difficult is explaining it, and I’m hovering around that right now because I don’t have a traditional set-up when it comes to my relationship. </p> <p>I don’t have the white-picket-fence life. We are in a very good space and we cherish that right now. Kylie Minogue drops two exclusive new De Bortoli wines

<p>Kylie Minogue is setting down some serious roots in Victoria since relocating back home earlier this year.</p> <p>Minogue is collaborating with one of Yarra Valley’s most popular winemakers; De Bortoli Wines.</p> <p>After starting her very own wine brand, Kylie Minogue Wines, in 2020, Kylie has seen roaring success in the industry.</p> <p>Her wines have won multiple awards and her Signature Rosé and Rosé Prosecco have since become best sellers in the UK.</p> <p>Her range of wines are also distributed in over ten countries. This new collab is seeing her add a 2022 chardonnay and pinot noir to the line up, it appears the brand just keeps getting stronger.</p> <p>The two new drops are the first Victorian releases under her label and are produced by De Bortoli Yarra Valley winemakers Steve Webber and Leanne De Bortoli.</p> <p>Speaking to the Daily Telegraph about the launch of the wines Kylie said she's proud that these are produced in her home state.</p> <p>"I would love the opportunity to come out (to the Yarra Valley) more. I'm an hour or so from where I grew up. Dannii Minogue reveals the challenges she faced while filming Young Talent Time

<p>Dannii Minogue has shared the challenges she faced while appearing on <em>Young Talent Time</em> as a child. </p> <p>Speaking with Kyle and Jackie O, the 50-year-old entertainer said she felt immense pressure to balance her school work and time spent at rehearsals.</p> <p>"I was the biggest nerd when I was on <em>Young Talent Time</em>. I was in the library at lunch doing my homework so I could go straight to rehearsals after school," she said during an interview on Tuesday. </p> <p>"I was obsessed with getting good grades and if I didn't finish [my homework] at lunch time I'd have to do it when I got home and I wouldn't sleep till 11pm."</p> <p>Dannii starred in <em>Young Talent Time</em> from 1982 to 1988, as well as <em>Young Talent Time: The Next Generation</em> which was launched in America.</p> <p>Following her six year run on the show, she went on to play the role of Emma Jackson in <em>Home & Away</em> in 1989. </p> <p>She stayed with the Aussie soap for a year before launching her music career, like her famed sister Kylie Minogue, in 1990.</p> <p><em>Young Talent Time</em> featured a core group of young performers who would sing both classic songs and hits of the day while hopefuls competed in a weekly talent quest.</p> <p>The series was hosted by Johnny Young and aired from 1971 to 1988, and proved to be hugely popular after spawning no less than 15 albums and a slew of merchandise. </p> <p><em>Image credits: Seven</em></p>

What a wonderful tribute: Goldie Hawn's incredible Olivia moment

<p dir="ltr">The devastating death of Dame Olivia Newton-John has rocked the world as many sent their condolences to her family.</p> <p dir="ltr">The <em>Grease </em>star “passed away peacefully” at the age of 73 at her Ranch in Southern California surrounded by family.</p> <p dir="ltr">While Olivia’s family has been awash in an outpouring of love, support and shared grief, few tributes produced full-body goosebumps quite like the one shared by the normally highly private and reticent Goldie Hawn.</p> <p dir="ltr">Goldie took to Instagram to share a beautiful musical line-up that featured Olivia, Lily Tomlin, Cher, Bette Midler, Meryl Streep and of course, herself.</p> <p dir="ltr">“A light landed on this planet 73 years ago,” Goldie’s caption read.</p> <p dir="ltr">“Her voice brought us to such joyous heights, nothing held her back, nothing. Why Kylie Minogue's Neighbours finale appearance was so brief

<p><em>Neighbours </em>fans everywhere were beaming with excitement when it was announced that Kylie Minogue would reprise her iconic role as Charlene in the highly-anticipated finale episode of the long-running soap. </p> <p>But when Minogue took to the screen with her TV husband Jason Donovan, fans were left less than impressed with her lack of screen time and dialogue. </p> <p>Between the on-screen couple, they had just a handful of lines, with Minogue - arguably <em>Neighbours</em>' most successful export - uttering just five words: “Home, sweet home”, “Jane!” and “Harold!”</p> <p>Their brief return to Ramsay Street was flimsy in comparison to Guy Pearce's storyline, which ended up being a major plot point for the finale episode. </p> <p>Fans took to Twitter to express their disappointment in the finale, with one viewer saying, "Kylie Minogue saying absolutely nothing on the <em>Neighbours </em>finale is genuinely hilarious."</p> <p>Another said, "The <em>Neighbours </em>finale was great and Guy Pearce is an absolute legend for giving it his all. Neighbours final episode plot revealed

Kylie Minogue and Jason Donovan return to Neighbours

<p>Kylie Minogue is set to reunite with her ex and former on-screen lover, Jason Donovan, for the upcoming Neighbours grand finale.</p> <p>Minogue will make a return to the popular series 34 years after she left the show to pursue a singing career. Reportedly she and Donovan have already filmed scenes together.</p> <p>Minogue, aged 53, teased her return to the beloved soap on Instagram with her character's name on the Neighbours script – Charlene Mitchell. "Get the tissues ready": Qantas reveals ad kept on shelf for two years

<p dir="ltr">After sitting on it for two years, Qantas has revealed its new Spirit of Australia ad that promises to be a tear-jerker.</p> <p dir="ltr">CEO Alan Joyce admitted the ad wasn’t technically new, with most of the footage shot in 2019 - before the COVID-19 pandemic saw international travel grind to a standstill.</p> <p dir="ltr">“Get the tissues ready,” he <a href="https://www.news.com.au/travel/travel-advice/flights/qantas-reveals-celebrityfilled-new-ad-with-kylie-minogue-and-hugh-jackman/news-story/3c2460c7ee847a0961869230c3097f9d" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said</a> from Qantas’ HQ just before the ad was screened for the first time.</p> <p dir="ltr">“We have kept it in the can for over two years because the time has never been quite right … it was filmed when things were very different but now is the right time.</p> <p dir="ltr">“We couldn’t do it until the whole country was together again because as the song says, ‘one day we’ll all be together once more’.”</p> <p><span id="docs-internal-guid-7e987427-7fff-0490-424b-7b2a0d4fe739">The ad includes a contemporary version of Peter Allan’s <em>I Still Call Australia Home</em>, which has been an iconic part of Qantas ads since 1987, with vocals from Kylie Minogue, Hugh Jackman, Troye Sivan, and the Australian Girls Choir, National Boys Choir and Gondwana Choir.</span></p> <blockquote class="instagram-media" style="background: #FFF;
